Clients have the right to cancel their contract with OnPurpose Financial Solutions without penalty or obligation within three business days from the date the contract is signed. To cancel, please send a written notice to [email protected]. Any payments made under the contract will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.

### 6. Fees and Payment

- Setup Fee: OnPurpose FinancialSolutions charges a one-time $97 setup fee, which is only payable after the completion of the Telecommunications Carrier Registration (TCR) process.

- Monthly Services Fee: We charge $97 monthly for our services, which covers each round of assistance and guidance provided. This fee will be charged monthly until the services are canceled by either party in writing.

All fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where cancellation occurs within the initial three-day period as described above.

### 7. No Guarantee of Results

While OnPurpose Financial Solutions will use its best efforts to help you improve your financial health, we do not guarantee the removal of accurate information from your credit report or specific results. Financial improvement outcomes are dependent on various factors, including the accuracy of the information provided to us and the cooperation of credit bureaus and creditors.

By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from OnPurpose Financial Solutions via phone calls, emails, and text messages, including those sent by automated technology, regarding our services. Once the agreement is signed and payment is processed, additional communication channels, including phone calls, may be used.
